The M.2 SM768 4K High-definition Graphics card designed to support up to two high resolution HD displays or one display up to 4k UHD resolution through interface HDMI and DVI interfaces, by connecting to the host M.2 PCI Express protocol. 

It offers the option of 256MB DDR3 memory embedded inside. which is widely used in Servers, Industrial hosts, mini PC and etc.
